Inventory of LME Aluminium Dropped to a New Low of More than 16 Years

According to the data released by the London Metal Exchange (LME), LME aluminium's inventory dropped again after a surge of 119,000 mt to 880,975 mt on February 10.

SHANGHAI, Apr 6 (SMM) - According to the data released by the London Metal Exchange (LME), LME aluminium's inventory dropped again after a surge of 119,000 mt to 880,975 mt on February 10. Last week, LME aluminium's inventory continued to fall, with the latest inventory of 623,325 mt, falling to a new low of more than 16 years.

According to the data released by SHFE, the inventory of aluminium in Shanghai dropped slightly. The inventory has dropped for three consecutive weeks for now. Last week, the weekly inventory of aluminium decreased by 1.02% to 305,805 mt, setting a new low in one and a half months.
