The latter's registered capital has increased to 30.94995 million yuan, including Haisong fund and aggregate capital.
According to public data, Zhongke Hainna, founded on February 8, 2017, is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the R & D and production of a new generation of energy storage system-sodium ion batteries. The core technology of the company comes from decades of scientific research accumulation of the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the core team is led by Chen Liquan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Hu Yongsheng, a researcher of the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, with more than 20 patents for the core invention of sodium ion batteries, including several PCT international patents.
In the process of industrialization exploration, CNKHNA covers the complete layout from key core materials to cell manufacturing, as well as system application, and takes the lead in completing a number of demonstration applications around the world, including low-speed electric vehicles, household energy storage cabinets and sodium ion battery energy storage demonstration power stations.
On December 18, 2021, China Science and Technology Co., Ltd. reached a cooperation with three Gorges Energy, three Gorges Capital and the people's Government of Fuyang City, Anhui Province to build the world's first large-scale production line for sodium ion batteries. The planned production capacity of the production line is 5GWh, which will be built in two phases, and the first phase of 1GWh will be officially put into production in 2022.

Its executive partner, Hubble Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd., has a registered capital of 7 billion yuan and is engaged in venture capital business. The company is 69% owned by Huawei Technology Co., Ltd., 30% by Huawei Terminal (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and 1% by Hubble Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd. The company has 26 foreign investment enterprises, including Shenzhen Yongdong Technology Co., Ltd.
