When aluminum prices rise or fall within 100 yuan, waste aluminum recyclers generally do not rise or fall, so there is almost no change in scrap aluminum prices on Monday. The epidemic situation in some areas is still severe, so that most recyclers (such as Tianjin, Shandong) can only choose local customers to trade, shipments and receipts are still affected.

On Tuesday, aluminum prices rose slightly by 90 yuan / ton to 22990 yuan / ton, while the price of waste aluminum remained unchanged. With regard to the tax exemption policy for small-scale taxpayers in document No. 15, small vendors of waste aluminum said that whether they carry tickets or not mainly depends on the requirements downstream. According to SMM, when purchasing downstream production enterprises at this stage, most of them still require special VAT invoices with 13% tax points (while the tax exemption policy for small-scale taxpayers in document No. 15 requires ordinary invoices). Therefore, the tax exemption policy in document No. 15 will not have much impact on the waste aluminum market.

Aluminum prices fell 260yuan / ton to 22730 yuan / ton on Wednesday. In terms of waste aluminum, the price of cooked aluminum fell by 200 yuan / ton, and the price of raw aluminum dropped by 100 yuan / ton. According to a waste aluminum recycler in Linyi, Shandong province, the recent average daily trading of waste aluminum affected by the epidemic is about 20 tons, down 60 percent from 50 tons per day before the epidemic, and the park is expected to start the third round of nucleic acid testing on Friday.
