Recently, the comprehensive intelligent energy demonstration project of Yunnan Aluminum Yangzonghai Green Aluminum Industrial Park, the largest roof photovoltaic power generation project in Yunnan Province, has been put into full capacity.

Project overview: the project is undertaken and implemented by the State Power Investment Yunnan International Power Co., Ltd. The first phase of the demonstration project has a roof area of 160230 square meters and can hold 25245 photovoltaic modules with a total installed capacity of 13.758525 megawatts. The project can provide 20 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity per year, save 6000 tons of standard coal per year, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 20300 tons per year, and sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and soot 6100 tons per year. It has become an exemplary landmark project to promote the construction of Yunnan Aluminum Green Aluminum Industrial Park. The project started on August 28, 2021, with the first investment on January 2 and all on December 20.

In order to build the project with high standards and high quality, Yunnan International has set up a joint commando team for the construction of Yunnan aluminum project in accordance with the goal requirements of creating the "Yunnan Provincial Comprehensive Wisdom Energy demonstration Project" and the "model house for major customers". Unite and lead cadres, masses and cooperation units to work together for 120 days and achieve the goal of full investment 10 days ahead of schedule.

The project deploys an integrated security and defense system, including face recognition temperature measurement and attendance integrated machine, intelligent security integrated platform software, intelligent analysis server to carry out roof construction cross-boundary detection, entry / departure detection, voice reminder, dangerous area perimeter intrusion system, to achieve real-time alarm, intelligent analysis and other power plant operation monitoring functions automatic and intelligent.

Relying on the national electric power investment Tianshu No. 1, the Yunnan Aluminum Project digitally and intelligently transform and upgrade the original supervision platform of the park, and embed the intelligent energy management and control system to realize energy monitoring, early warning and statistics, equipment performance monitoring and diagnosis, energy optimal scheduling and energy efficiency management.

At present, Yunnan Aluminum Yangzonghai Phase II demonstration project is under construction, which will create a 100 billion-level green aluminum industrial base for Yunnan Aluminum, improve the performance of green development, and make an important contribution to energy conservation and emission reduction.

According to Yun Aluminum, the green power new energy project is a specific action of Yunnan Aluminum Company to implement the "carbon peak, carbon neutralization" strategy of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and an important embodiment of the social responsibility of central enterprises. it is also an important measure to enhance the competitiveness of green brands and achieve high-quality development. On the basis of the basic use of green hydropower in the current production process, the project will further broaden the energy use channels, increase the proportion of new green energy sources such as photovoltaic and wind power, and improve the efficiency of green energy use, which will play a good demonstration and leading role in the high-quality development of the industry.

Since 2021, with the support of Chinalco Group and relevant government departments, Yunnan Aluminum Yangzonghai Branch and Dali Yixin Company have signed cooperation and development agreements on green power new energy projects with SPIC Yunnan International and Huaneng New Energy Co., Ltd. Yunnan Branch respectively. SPIC Yunnan International and Huaneng Yunnan Branch invested in the construction of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects. The total installed capacity of distributed photovoltaic green power is about 67000 kilowatts, which can provide green clean power of about 80 million kilowatt hours per year.

In the next step, Yunnan Aluminum Corporation will deeply implement the decision and deployment of Chinalco Group, vigorously develop circular economy, continuously raise the green energy consumption level of the whole industry chain, and unswervingly adhere to the road of green and low-carbon development, make full use of the industrial plant roofs, slopes and idle spaces of subordinate enterprises to implement distributed photovoltaic and decentralized wind power projects, and vigorously improve the utilization level of wind power, photovoltaic power generation and other renewable energy. It is estimated that the total installed capacity of the cooperation project between the company and its subordinate enterprises and power enterprises will exceed 200000 kilowatts and provide about 240 million kilowatt hours of green clean electricity every year.

Fed to Keep Large Banks' Capital Levels Unchanged, Postpones Stress Test Reforms Until 2027
The US Fed has announced that it will maintain the capital levels of large banks unchanged during the upcoming stress test cycle (corresponding to the 2026 cycle). At the same time, the US Fed is planning multidimensional reforms to this annual test, aiming to enhance its transparency. The US Fed's Vice Chair for Supervision, Bowman, revealed that adjustments to the stress capital buffer requirements for large banks will be postponed until 2027. This move is intended to provide the US Fed with sufficient time to evaluate potential flaws that may be exposed in its testing models when assessing banks' financial conditions under simulated economic downturn scenarios.
