On the same day, another new energy development company, Jining High-tech Zone Runyong New Energy Development Co., Ltd., was established with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The scope of business includes power generation business, transmission business, power supply (distribution) business; solar power generation technology services; emerging energy technology research and development.
It is reported that the company is 100% controlled by time Yongfu Technology Co., Ltd., and jointly owned by Ningde Times and Yongfu shares.
Previously, in the investor activity report in mid-February, Ningde Times revealed the company's layout and control of upstream lithium resources. Ningde Times said that the company ensures the supply of lithium resources through long-term cooperation, investment cooperation, recycling, self-exploitation and other ways. It is reported that the technological maturity of ternary battery recycling in Ningde era is higher than that of lithium iron phosphate battery recycling. Ningde era explained that the main reason for this is the high price of nickel and cobalt metals, and now, with the continuous increase in the price of lithium iron phosphate, the heat of lithium iron phosphate recovery is also increasing significantly. At present, Ningde era also has the annual recycling technology and production capacity of ternary and iron-lithium waste batteries, and the production capacity will continue to expand in the future.
