Publicity on the relevant situation of the enterprises applying for state trade in the export of tungsten, antimony and silver in 2022-2023

In accordance with the requirements of the Declaration conditions and procedures for State-owned Trade Enterprises of Tungsten, Antimony and Silver Export in 2022-2023 (announcement No. 32 of the Ministry of Commerce 2021, hereinafter referred to as the "announcement"), the Ministry of Commerce examined the materials submitted by the state-owned export trade qualification enterprises of tungsten, antimony and silver in 2022-2023.

During the declaration period, a total of 17 enterprises submitted application materials for tungsten export state trade qualification, of which 15 were qualified enterprises and met the requirements of the announcement, 1 did not meet the requirements of the announcement, and 1 new declared enterprise had complete materials and met the requirements of the announcement. A total of 12 enterprises have submitted application materials for antimony export state trade qualifications, of which 10 are qualified enterprises and meet the requirements of the announcement; one new enterprise has complete materials and meets the requirements of the announcement, and one does not meet the requirements of the announcement for the time being. A total of 41 enterprises submitted the application materials for the qualification of state-owned trade in Baiyin export. among them, 15 are qualified enterprises and meet the requirements of the announcement, 1 does not meet the requirements of the announcement, 25 newly declared enterprises, 18 production enterprises have complete materials and meet the requirements of the announcement, and 4 production enterprises and 3 circulation enterprises do not meet the requirements of the announcement for the time being.

The list of enterprises is now publicized, and the publicity period is from December 7 to 13, 2021. During the period of publicity, if there is any objection to the publicity list, it may apply to the Ministry of Commerce (Department of Foreign Trade) for review.
