According to the monthly report released by the International Copper Research Group (ICSG), the global refined copper market will have a supply shortage of 92000 tons in December and 123000 tons in November.
For the whole of 2021, there will be a supply shortage of 475000 tons in the global refined copper market and 484000 tons in 2020.
In December 2021, global refined copper production was 2.11 million tons and consumption was 2.202 million tons.
