China Released Official Base Metals Output for January-February 2022

SHANGHAI, Mar 18 (SMM) - China's National Bureau of Statistics released the country’s base metals output for January-February 2022 on its official website on March 18.

SHANGHAI, Mar 18 (SMM) - China's National Bureau of Statistics released the country’s base metals output for January-February 2022 on its official website on March 18. The output of copper cathode rose 4.5% YoY to 1.7 million mt. The output of alumina fell 7.3% YoY to 11.78 million mt. The output of refined lead dropped 0.1% YoY to 1.15 million mt. The output of refined zinc dropped 1.8% YoY to 1.06 million mt. The output of primary aluminium fell 1.4% YoY to 6.33 million mt. The output of copper semis rose 5.2% YoY to 2.83 million mt. The output of aluminium semis rose 3.8% YoY to 8.66 million mt.
