






SHANGHAI, Mar 14 (SMM) – The social inventory of lead ingots across Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Tianjin dropped 3,200 mt from Friday March 11 and rose 9,800 mt from Monday March 7 to 119,000 mt as of March 14.
According to SMM research, lead prices dropped to less than 15,200 yuan/mt after the capital moves returned to rationality, and the spread between futures and spot prices narrowed. Downstream companies purchased lead ingots, reviving the ingot trade market to some extent, especially in Zhejiang and Jiangsu. The inventory in Guangdong rose as SHFE 2203 is about to be delivered soon.
