SHANGHAI, Mar 11 (SMM) - Nickel sulphate prices rose and fell along with the fluctuated nickel prices overseas. The cost of ternary precursor increased by 20,000 yuan/mt this week and then dropped by 5,000 yuan/mt. This week, precursor companies have all stopped quoting and will not trade until the nickel price is stable. If the nickel prices fail to return to a normal level before the end of this month, the output of precursor plants will be reduced, the small and medium-sized plants will stop production.
