March 8, 2022, Shaanxi Northwest Thermal Power Engineering Co., Ltd. Indonesia Wanxiang Phase 2 × 65MW project # 1 and # 2 generator stator was successfully hoisted into place.

Project responsibility system

The project responsibility system is an innovative management system that ensures the smooth completion of some major items of the project by Shaanxi Northwest Thermal Power Engineering Co., Ltd. There are many participants in such major issues, involving a wide range of participants, the actual workload of the participating individuals is small, and the responsibilities of the participating parties are not clear. This system defines the detailed responsibilities of the lead departments and participating departments of all kinds of matters, so that everyone has the responsibility to take care of everything.

Domestic preparation

The machinery department takes the lead in hoisting the generator stator, defining and implementing the job responsibilities of each security department.

1. "Generator stator hoisting Commander Plan"-Party A, B and C leaders and experts, communicate to form a principled plan;

In order to ensure the smooth reverse operation of the generator stator, the builders leveled and tamped the transportation road. In the whole hoisting process, the constructors strictly followed the hoisting requirements in the construction plan, reduced the intermediate links, and finally realized a hoisting in place.
