The graphitization processing capacity of negative materials will have 295000 tons / year (including the graphitization processing capacity of energy-gathering new materials).
Zhongke Electric mentioned that Yunnan Qujing "annual production capacity of 100000 tons of anode materials integration project" and Gui'an New area "annual production capacity of 100000 tons of lithium battery anode materials integration project" are jointly invested by Hunan Zhongke Star City holding Co., Ltd., Yiwei LiNeng and Ningde Times, respectively. Zhongke Star City Holdings holds 60% and 65% of the project company, respectively.
According to reports, the raw materials of artificial graphite anode materials are mainly needle coke and petroleum coke. Zhongke Electric maintains a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with upstream needle coke and petroleum coke manufacturers, and the company further ensures the supply of raw materials through the layout of raw materials in the upper reaches of the industrial chain.
Zhongke Electric said that in January this year, the company signed an agreement with Haida New Materials, which plans to build an annual production base of 100000 tons of negative material powder in Anqing through Haida New Materials. Build it into the company's anode material raw material supply and production and processing base.
In terms of technology, Zhongke Electric said that the silicon-based negative electrode is a direction of development in the future, and its mass application in the industrialization of power batteries needs a process. In recent years, the company continues to invest in silicon-based negative electrodes. At present, it has completed the pilot production line and maintained the corresponding R & D investment.
In terms of customers, Zhongke Electric has maintained long-term and good cooperative relations with domestic and foreign well-known enterprises such as BYD, Ningde Times, China New Airlines, Yiwei Lithium Energy, Ripu Energy, South Korea SKI, ATL and so on.
Zhongke Electric said that in the future, the company will not only continue to deepen cooperation with existing major customers, but also actively expand high-quality new customers in the industry. In addition, the overseas market is an important market for the company to explore, and the relevant expansion work is being carried out as planned.
Soochow Securities expects that the global demand for anode materials will reach 1 million tons in 2025, maintaining an annual growth rate of about 25%, with a market space of nearly 40 billion yuan. Aiming at this potential market, Zhongke Electric anode material + graphitization integration industry layout will be further accelerated.
