






On February 23, Galaxy was officially informed by BYD that the public security organs had accepted the case and were under investigation in response to the rumor that "a car fire in Zhongshan caused the death of the driver."
On Feb. 13, a BYD Qin PLUS DM-i caught fire on the side of the road in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, and video posted on the Internet showed that the front windshield of the car appeared to be broken and flames continued to appear inside the car, but the place of the fire was not a common front cabin or chassis area. Follow-up live video shows that the open fire was put out in time.
But in another version of the video, the burning vehicle is more severely damaged and the people on board have been killed.
In response to the incident, BYD officials said the other day that the accident caused no casualties, in the process, the battery did not burn, the specific reason for further investigation. In response to the online rumor that the driver of the accident was killed, BYD said that it would report to the police to deal with misleading video clips and malicious associations.
