The project is divided into three phases: the first phase has a construction area of 53609 square meters, with 4 diaphragm production lines, with an annual output of 250 million square meters of diaphragm base membrane and 250 million square meters of coated membrane; the second phase has a construction area of 28500 square meters and 4 diaphragm production lines with an annual output of 250 million square meters of diaphragm base membrane and 250 million square meters of coated membrane. The third phase of the construction area of 75755 square meters, the construction of 8 diaphragm production lines, annual output of diaphragm base membrane 500 million square meters, coated film 500 million square meters.

Data show that Enjie shares is the global leader in the wet lithium battery diaphragm industry, with global competitiveness in capacity scale, product quality, cost efficiency and technology research and development.

Battery Network noted that just last week (February 16), Enjie signed a "New Energy Battery whole Industry chain Project Cooperation Agreement" with Yunnan Yuxi Municipal people's Government, Huizhou Yiwei Lithium Energy Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Huayou holding Group Co., Ltd., and Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd., agreeing that all parties jointly set up two joint ventures in Yuxi City to engage in mineral resources development and mineral deep processing. After obtaining the prospecting and mining rights in accordance with the rules and regulations through the joint venture company, jointly exploit mineral resources, carry out mineral deep processing, jointly develop, produce and sell new energy batteries and upstream and downstream materials of new energy batteries, and promote the construction of new energy battery industry chain. Jointly promote the formation of new energy battery industry chain clusters in Yuxi City; In Yuxi City, the construction of battery supporting projects such as new energy batteries, lithium battery isolation membranes, iron phosphate and lithium iron phosphate and copper foil projects, in principle, the project company whose main business is related to one party's advantageous industries shall be led by that party, and other parties may choose to participate appropriately. The supporting project investment is divided into three phases: the first phase investment is about 18.05 billion yuan, which will be completed by 2023; the second phase investment is about 33.65 billion yuan, which will be completed by the end of 2025; and the third phase investment plan will be completed before 2030, which is the long-term investment target.

It is reported that Enjie's new production capacity in 2021 mainly comes from Jiangxi and Wuxi bases. At the end of last year, the company has nearly 60 production lines with an estimated production capacity of 45-5 billion square meters.

According to Enjie's plan, in the next few years, the company aims to add 25 new production lines each year for capacity expansion and production line construction, through continuous optimization of process and transformation of equipment, by increasing speed, increasing width, improving management level and other ways to increase production capacity, improve production efficiency, improve yield and yield, and improve delivery capacity, it is estimated that by 2022, the production capacity will reach 7 billion square meters, and the delivery capacity will reach 45-5 billion square meters. In 2023, we will strive to increase production capacity to 10 billion square meters, with a delivery capacity of 65-7 billion square meters, and will continue to increase production capacity in 2024.
