The land area of the land is 1.1334 million square meters, the transaction price is 430.69 million yuan, the transferee is Chongqing Automobile Industry Co., Ltd., and the industrial category of the land use condition is the transportation equipment manufacturing industry.

According to the industrial and commercial registration, Chongqing Automobile Zhiyu Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. was established on December 9, 2021 with a registered address at 618 Liangjiang Avenue, Longxing Town, Liangjiang New District, Chongqing. The company is 100% controlled by Chongqing ideal.

The first factory of ideal Automobile is located in Wujin District, Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, with an annual production capacity of 100000 vehicles. The 90491 ideal ONE, delivered in 2021 are all produced in this plant, and the production capacity has been stretched. The plant is currently building a new workshop, which will reach an annual production capacity of 200000 vehicles when completed.
