Crude Coal Output in Ordos, Inner Mongolia Increased by 3.7% YoY in 2021

The coal enterprises above designated size in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia produced a total of 672.83 million mt of crude coal in 2021, a year on year growth of 3.7%.

SHANGHAI, Feb 9 (SMM) - The coal enterprises above designated size in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia produced a total of 672.83 million mt of crude coal in 2021, a year on year growth of 3.7%.  

The output accounted for 64.4% of the total output in Inner Mongolia, and the growth rate was 1 percentage point higher than the average local growth rate. The monthly average output reached 56.07 million mt, up 2.01 million mt on the year. The output in December 2021 stood at 72.23 million mt, hitting a nearly 10-year high, up 6.5% from December 2020.
