LG New Energy listed on the Korean Stock Exchange at an offering price of 30 trillion won (1600 yuan) per share.

LG New Energy previously announced that it would raise about 68.3 billion yuan through an initial public offering of (IPO), making it the largest IPO project in South Korea's history.

It is understood that LG new energy from the LG chemical battery business spin-off, independent operation in December 2020, its main customers include Tesla, General Motors and other car companies. After the IPO, LG Chemical will still hold an 81.8 per cent stake in LG New Energy.

In terms of vehicle loading, in December 2021, among the top 10 power battery enterprises in China, LG new energy vehicles were 0.89GWH, accounting for 3.4%; for the whole of 2021, LG new energy vehicles were 6.25GWH, accounting for 4%.
