Guangdong Hongtu: 12000 tons of super intelligent die-casting unit signed a contract to continue to cultivate super-large integrated die-casting products

[Guangdong Hongtu: 12000 tons of super intelligent die-casting unit signed to continue ploughing super-large integrated die-casting products] Guangdong Hongtu announced on January 24th that it and Lijin Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lijin Group"), Guangzhou cavity Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Hongjin Metal Aluminum Co., Ltd. signed a "12000-ton super intelligent die-casting unit joint research and development cooperation agreement". Jointly carry out cooperation on the development project of 12000T (ton) super intelligent die-casting unit. The purpose of this cooperation is to further improve the company's development of super-large integrated die-casting products, especially the integrated structure of new energy vehicles.

Guangdong Hongtu announced on January 24th that it had signed a joint R & D cooperation agreement with Lijin Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Lijin Group), Guangzhou cavity Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Hongjin Metal Aluminum Co., Ltd. to cooperate on the development project of 12000T (ton) super intelligent die-casting unit.

In addition, Guangdong Hongtu signed a "strategic cooperation (batch procurement) agreement" with Shenzhen Linwei Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Lijin Group, on its intention to purchase 8 sets of large and super-large intelligent die-casting units.

On January 18, Guangdong Hongtu announced that its 6800T new energy vehicle super-large integrated aluminum alloy floor die-casting structure products were successfully trial-produced. The success of this trial production marks that Guangdong Hongtu has become the first national brand enterprise in China to master the die-casting production technology of super-large integrated aluminum alloy structures. it has overcome the difficult problems of super-large integrated die-casting, such as product design, new material development, process design and equipment manufacturing, and realized the domestic self-control of super-large integrated die-casting technology.

Guangdong Hongtu said that the purpose of this cooperation is to further improve the equipment capability and technological level of the company in developing super-large integrated die-casting products, especially the integrated structural parts of new energy vehicles, and to maintain a leading position in the same industry.
