According to related news, the fourth generation of car chips being developed by Hubei Yijiatong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yijiatong Technology") will be commercialized this year.

According to a person in charge of Yijiatong Technology, the chip is standard Qualcomm 8155 chip, the performance is 13 times higher than the existing car chip, and the gap between computing power and mobile phone chip is shortened to less than 2 years. It will be used in high-end models of Lecker, Lutes, Volvo and other brands. This year, the international operation headquarters set up by Yigatong Technology in London, UK will be officially put into operation, and the global management capacity and talent system will continue to be built, laying a solid foundation for further entry into the global market.

It is reported that Yijiatong Technology, founded in 2016, is an automotive intelligent technology company co-founded by Li Shufu and Shen Ziyu. Focus on on-board chips, intelligent cockpits, intelligent driving, high-precision maps, big data and car networking cloud platform and other core technology products, continue to create the industry's leading intelligent Internet connection ecological open platform. In 2018, Yijiatong Technology, Arm China and many well-known investment institutions invested in Wuhan to establish Hubei Core engine Technology Co., Ltd., specializing in vehicle specification level SoC.
