For the current delivery time of the two cars is too long, Tesla China relevant person in charge gave a similar answer, "now there are too many orders, delivery can not come over."

On January 19th, Tesla adjusted the price of the FSD function model in the US market from US $10000 to US $12000, while the Chinese market remained unchanged at 64000 yuan. Since the end of last year, Tesla has raised prices several times in the United States and Chinese markets. The price adjustment or a test of the fully autopilot function in the US market has made many domestic "waiting families" lose the patience to wait.

At the same time, due to the decline of the subsidy policy, Tesla adjusted the prices of domestic Model 3 and Model Y on December 31, 2021. Among them, the starting price of Model 3 rear wheel drive version rose to 265652 yuan, an increase of 10,000 yuan. The starting price of; Model Y rear wheel drive version rose to 301840 yuan, an increase of 21088 yuan.

This is the third price increase for domestic Model 3 in nearly 2 months, after two price adjustments on November 19 and November 24, an increase of nearly 30, 000 yuan compared with the all-time low of 235900 yuan. At the same time, the price of entry-level, Model Y models has exceeded 300000 yuan. According to the policy, all, Model Y models do not enjoy state subsidies.

In addition to car prices, Tesla's premium has also risen as a result of the introduction of exclusive insurance for new energy vehicles. Tesla said, "the increases of different insurance companies, different regions and different models are slightly different. according to the latest statistics on December 30, the increase in Tesla's vehicle premium is about 10% on a national average. The premium for the more concerned high-performance models is less than 20% on the national average."

Not only Tesla, at present, the new energy market as a whole is facing the problems of subsidy decline and rising insurance premiums, but industry institutions still maintain quite optimistic expectations for this year's new energy market. "Consumer demand for new energy vehicles continues to pick up, and the market performance is relatively stable." Cui Dongshu, secretary general of the Federation of passengers, made such comments on the new energy vehicle market in the coming year.

For Tesla's current performance of "one car is difficult to get", Cui Dongshu analyzed that "Tesla mainly supplies exports from January to February this year, so delivery in the domestic market is relatively slow."

Prior to this, a reporter from the Financial Associated Press has combed and found that Tesla's Shanghai factory showed a certain "rule" in its export supply to the overseas market last year-- domestic at the end of the quarter and overseas at ordinary times. There is also an industry view that due to the uncertainty of the mass production schedule of the Tesla super factory in Berlin, Germany, the delivery pressure in Europe continues. In the first half of the first quarter, the Shanghai super factory still needs to complete the tough export task.

In 2021, Tesla Shanghai Super Factory delivered a total of 484130 vehicles, an increase of 235% over the same period last year, accounting for 51.7% of Tesla's annual global delivery of 936000 vehicles, close to Tesla's global delivery volume of 499500 vehicles in 2020, propping up "half the sky" of the global market. In the case of limited production capacity, the domestic delivery time will naturally be relatively long.
