[Xinye Company's two standards for aluminum devices in the photovoltaic industry fill the gap in the industry] recently, two industry standards, "Copper-Aluminum transition Connector Standard for ground Photovoltaic system" and "flexible Aluminum Alloy Cable Standard for Photovoltaic system", drafted and edited by State Power Investment Yellow River Xinye Co., Ltd., officially passed the examination of the China Photovoltaic Industry Association with a pass rate of 94.44% and 97.22%. It fills the industry gap of related standards of flexible DC aluminum alloy cables for photovoltaic and copper-aluminum transition connectors for photovoltaic systems.

Recently, two industry standards, "Copper-Aluminum transition Connector Standard for ground Photovoltaic system" and "flexible Aluminum Alloy Cable Standard for Photovoltaic system", which were drafted by State Power Investment Yellow River Xinye Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinye Co., Ltd.), were officially examined by China Photovoltaic Industry Association with a pass rate of 94.44% and 97.22%. It fills the industry gap of related standards of flexible DC aluminum alloy cables for photovoltaic and copper-aluminum transition connectors for photovoltaic systems.

"at present, there are only all-copper DC connector standards (GB/T3365-2017, IEC62852:2014) at home and abroad. In October 2021, foreign certification body (TUV) has taken the lead in drafting a draft standard (PPP58205A:2021) for copper-aluminum transition connectors. If we can formulate our own national standard as soon as possible, it will have a more positive impact on the development of the domestic photovoltaic industry and the application of products. " Gu Binglin, director of the Aluminum Product Innovation Center of Xinye Company, said that in the context of China's "double carbon" goal, if the safety and reliability of the product can be solved and the product can be used on a large scale in the photovoltaic industry, and provide norms and basis for the development of the industry, it will be of strategic significance to implement the "five new" requirements of the national electric investment and speed up the development of differentiation and innovation of Xinye Company.

With the strong support of the Yellow River Company and the National Power Investment Photovoltaic Innovation Center, Xinye Company attaches great importance to technical standardization, pays real-time attention to the trends of national and industry standards, and carries out design research and development with downstream cooperation units.

In the process of research and development of aluminum alloy cable, the company adds copper, iron, magnesium, silicon and other alloy elements, through process adjustment, uses an open compression die with complete intellectual property rights, so that the electrical and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy conductors are in line with each other. Avoid the problems of low elongation and poor creep resistance of pure aluminum conductor, and complete the conversion of aluminum alloy cable instead of copper cable. The copper-aluminum transition connector adopts a kind of transfer joint connecting aluminum alloy conductor and a new plastic structure design, which improves its tightness, waterproof and firmness, and ensures its safety and reliability.

According to Yu Guoshang, sales director of the Aluminum Product Innovation Center of Xinye Co., Ltd., the use of aluminum alloy cables per 100MW can save 800000 yuan in investment costs of the power station, and the use of copper-aluminum transition connectors can reduce the crimping process for each group of lines by four times and reduce the on-site process and line risk points. At present, the two products have been put into use in the power configuration project of Hainan Prefecture UHV delivery Base in Qinghai Province, Daqing demonstration Base, Guangxi Baise and other projects, of which aluminum alloy cables have been put into operation for more than 15000 kilometers and nearly 15000 sets of copper-aluminum transition connectors have been used. Up to now, the quality is reliable, the cost is low and the use effect is good.

First-class enterprises set the standard. The two standards of Xinye Company have been examined by the China Photovoltaic Industry Association, which has effectively filled the gap in the industry. it plays a positive role in promoting domestic photovoltaic DC side cost reduction and standardized production, promoting Xinye company to vigorously expand the research and development and promotion of aluminum varieties, and building enterprise brands, and lays a solid foundation for the next step of standard declaration.

In recent years, Xinye Company has strictly implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's encouragement and instructions that "photovoltaic must be done well" and "continue to scale new heights". While strengthening and strengthening the main business, Xinye Company adheres to the idea of differentiated development, market-oriented, innovation and creation, and strengthens cooperation with excellent enterprises such as the National Power Investment Photovoltaic Industry Innovation Center and Huawei to enhance the added value of aluminum products at the same time. To create a complete and large-scale processing industry chain to promote the coordinated development of the industry of the Yellow River Company. At present, Xinye's photovoltaic brackets, aluminum alloy cables, inverters and other related products have gradually moved towards the major regional markets, the supply performance has been improved year by year, the supply capacity has been continuously enhanced, and the industrial layout has become more comprehensive. So far, the completed supply and ongoing contracts have exceeded 8.5GW, the output value of aluminum multi-variety industry has contributed more than 2.3 billion yuan, and the direct economic benefits have exceeded 250 million yuan.

Fed to Keep Large Banks' Capital Levels Unchanged, Postpones Stress Test Reforms Until 2027
The US Fed has announced that it will maintain the capital levels of large banks unchanged during the upcoming stress test cycle (corresponding to the 2026 cycle). At the same time, the US Fed is planning multidimensional reforms to this annual test, aiming to enhance its transparency. The US Fed's Vice Chair for Supervision, Bowman, revealed that adjustments to the stress capital buffer requirements for large banks will be postponed until 2027. This move is intended to provide the US Fed with sufficient time to evaluate potential flaws that may be exposed in its testing models when assessing banks' financial conditions under simulated economic downturn scenarios.
