According to the official news from Shandong Yangxin Economic Development Zone, recently, Binzhou City double recruitment and double introduction Promotion Conference was held in 2022. At the meeting, Yangxin County people's Government and Han Jichuan, General Manager of Shandong Jingyang Science and Technology Co., Ltd., jointly signed the project investment agreement by way of video connection. Jingyang Science and Technology 100000 tons / year new energy lithium battery material precursor project was successfully signed.

It is reported that the total investment of the project is 2.6 billion yuan, and the construction of the project covers an area of about 400.18 mu. The project mainly uses catalytic slurry as raw material to build a production line for precursors of 100000 tons of new energy lithium battery materials. More than 600 sets of new equipment, reactors, rotary kilns and other equipment.

According to the official website of Jingyang Science and Technology, the company was founded in 2014. At the beginning of its establishment, the company decided to take oil needle coke as its core product, and the first phase of needle coke combination plant was successfully put into production in 2017. In 2019, the company invested 300 million yuan on the basis of the original needle coke production facilities and used the process technology independently developed by the company to build the second phase needle coke combination plant, focusing on the production of needle coke for high-end ultra-high power graphite electrodes and needle coke for joints. The second phase of needle coke combined plant was put into production in January 2020, and the current operation is stable. The company has become the largest needle coke manufacturer in Asia and the second in the world, with an annual output value of more than 2 billion yuan and a leading enterprise in the international needle coke industry.

In August 2021, Jingyang Science and Technology needle coke products were approved by the only large-scale graphite electrode manufacturer in the United States, and the company successfully exported needle coke products to the United States after being exported to Japan, Russia, India, Italy and other countries.

In addition, in March 2021, Bertre (835185) and Jingyang Science and Technology signed the Cooperation Agreement on the Integrated Base Project of artificial Graphite anode Materials, and the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of needle coke and lithium-ion battery anode materials. jointly set up a joint venture company to invest in the construction of an integrated base project for artificial graphite anode materials.

It is reported that Bertre plans to invest in an annual production line of 120000 tons of negative needle coke and an integrated production line of 80, 000 tons of artificial graphite negative materials in two phases. the first phase of the project includes an annual production line of 60, 000 tons of negative needle coke and an integrated production line of 40, 000 tons of artificial graphite, which is scheduled to start in early 2021, with a construction period of one year, and is expected to be completed and put into production in 2022. The total investment of the first phase of the project is 1.512 billion yuan. The second phase of the project includes an additional production line with an annual output of 60,000 tons of negative needle coke and an integrated production line with an annual output of 40,000 tons of artificial graphite, and the specific progress will be determined according to the market situation after the first phase is put into production.
