[Korean media: Apple discussed battery supply for electric vehicles with LG and SK] January 13, according to South Korean media ETNews reported that Apple is choosing a supplier for its electric vehicles. Apple is looking for auto electronics manufacturers with mass production experience to provide core components for cars. Apple is also reported to have discussed battery supply for electric vehicles with LG and SK. Apple is expected to complete the selection of car suppliers by the end of 2022, followed by full development, public announcement and mass production within the next two to three years.
