[Huazi Science and Technology: subsidiary signed 403 million yuan lithium electricity "equipment procurement contract" with Honeycomb Energy] on January 11, Capital Bang learned that a subsidiary of Huazi Technology (300490.SZ), an A-share company, had signed a major contract. Huazi Science and Technology disclosed the announcement on the receipt of bid winning notice by its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Jingshi Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. on December 1, 2021. Shenzhen Jingshi Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for Honeycomb Energy Shangrao, Maanshan and Huzhou CL square lithium-ion battery / PHEV soft package lithium-ion battery / VDA/MEB/L3 square lithium-ion battery automatic precharging system project.

On January 11, Capital Bang learned that a subsidiary of Huazi Technology (300490.SZ), an A-share company, had signed a major contract.

Huazi Science and Technology disclosed the announcement on the receipt of bid winning notice by wholly-owned subsidiaries on December 1, 2021 (notice No.: 2021-147). Shenzhen Jingshi Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingshi Mechatronics"), a wholly-owned subsidiary, won the bid of Honeycomb Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Honeycomb Energy") Shangrao, Maanshan and Huzhou CL square lithium-ion battery / PHEV soft package lithium-ion battery / VDA/MEB/L3 square lithium-ion battery automatic precharging system project, the winning bid amount is 403.14 million yuan (including tax), Accounting for 34.69% of the company's audited operating income in 2020, if the contract is carried out smoothly, it will improve the company's revenue scale and profitability, and is expected to have a positive impact on the company's future operating performance. The specific impact amount and time will depend on the specific circumstances of the performance of the contract.

Recently, Jingshi Electronics and Honeycomb Energy Technology (Shangrao) Co., Ltd., Honeycomb Energy Technology (Maanshan) Co., Ltd., and Honeycomb Energy Technology (Huzhou) Co., Ltd. respectively signed "equipment procurement contracts" for the above winning projects. The contract amount is 151.92 million yuan (including tax), 188.7 million yuan (including tax) and 62.52 million yuan (including tax), totaling 403.14 million yuan (including tax).

Honeycomb Energy Technology (Shangrao) Co., Ltd., Honeycomb Energy Technology (Maanshan) Co., Ltd., and Honeycomb Energy Technology (Huzhou) Co., Ltd. are all wholly owned subsidiaries of Honeycomb Energy and belong to the same counterparty.

Huazi Science and Technology said that the formal signing of the lithium power "equipment procurement contract" between the subsidiary Fine Mechatronics and Honeycomb Energy will help the company and its subsidiaries to further expand their business in the field of new energy batteries and enhance the brand influence of the company and its subsidiaries in the industry.
