In the production process of lithium hydroxide, the acidified lithium sulfate solution needs to be concentrated to produce lithium hydroxide, and the LiOH solution itself needs evaporation, crystallization and recrystallization to improve the purity. This process adopts the way of energy-saving evaporation of MVR, which can improve the stability of the system, ensure the purity and particle size of lithium hydroxide, and reduce energy consumption.

In the production process of nickel sulfate / cobalt sulfate, the extracted nickel / cobalt solution must be concentrated to a certain concentration before cooling and crystallization. In this process, the water in the solution is evaporated and separated by MVR evaporation, the nickel / cobalt ion concentration is increased, the discharge density is controlled, and the material is discharged to crystallization. The whole system has the advantages of PLC automatic control, strong stability, low energy consumption and great economic value.

In the production of ternary materials, the waste liquid containing ammonia and heavy metal and sodium sulfate is removed from the wastewater containing sodium sulfate after removal of ammonia and heavy metals, sodium sulfate crystals are separated by MVR evaporation and crystallization, and the evaporated condensed water is reused after reaching the standard. Compared with the traditional evaporation process, the operation cost of 2can3 is saved.
