







According to foreign media reports, Skoda is establishing a joint venture Green: Code with Etnetera, the Czech IT group. Skoda is advancing its digital strategy by combining Etnetera's expertise and flexible development methods, and the company's goal is to optimize the user experience and launch next-generation software for the era of electric vehicles.
Skoda said, "the establishment of Green: Code with our partner Etnetera is a move to further promote the Skoda 2030 strategy. Coupled with the powerful software resource, Green: Code of the parent company Volkswagen Group, it will help to create modern, simple and intelligent solutions and improve the speed of our digitization. "
Green: Code will begin its preliminary development and operation at the beginning of this year and will be headquartered in Prague, the Czech capital. Over the next few years, Green:Code will employ up to 200 IT experts, most of them developers, software architects, business analysts, UX/UI designers, and testers.
Green: Code will be jointly managed by the two founding companies, mainly by Marian Pavl í k, Managing Director of Skoda, and V á Clav Bittner, Co-founder and Managing Director of the Etnetera Group.
Martin Pali Martin Pali ka, chief executive of Etnetera Group, said Skoda was accelerating the company's digital transition and stepping up its efforts in industrial 2030 and automotive intelligent networking as part of its Skoda Strategy. Green: Code provides Skoda with vital expertise and develops optimal automotive software for its automotive ecosystem, mobile applications and portals, which will enable Skoda to provide its customers with a "simple and intelligent user experience."
