TC4 titanium alloy thick plate of super large size delivered smoothly in Baotou Titanium Group Plate Plant.

Recently, Bao Ti Group Plate Factory successfully delivered a batch of super-large TC4 titanium alloy thick plates with dimensions of 100x100 × 2100 × 4000mm and single 3900kg, marking a breakthrough in the whole process production capacity of the company's super-large TC4 titanium alloy thick plates.

It is reported that this batch of plate is the highest single weight TC4 titanium alloy thick plate product delivered by Bao Titanium Group Plate Factory in recent years, and its size specification and single weight are far from conventional products, so it is extremely difficult to produce. After receiving the production task, the plate factory of Baoti Group immediately organized the technology, equipment and production personnel to comprehensively evaluate and demonstrate the process feasibility, equipment capacity and production capacity, and worked out a scientific and reasonable process route and technical plan. Technical quality department research team, 24-hour follow-up management of material production, strengthen product quality process control. The production Management Section organizes production meticulously, trains production personnel, and effectively coordinates material feeding and material transfer. The equipment Management Section strengthens the inspection and maintenance of the equipment to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment. Finally, with the full cooperation and close cooperation of Bao Ti Group wide and thick Plate Company, the batch of plates successfully passed the factory inspection and formally delivered to customers.
