Two new stainless steel pipe manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu were put into production in January.

According to Jiangsu Xiangshui sources, Jiangsu rising stainless Steel Co., Ltd. is a pipe fittings processing project imported from Wuxi, adopting welding, internal leveling, bright annealing, polishing and other processes, with 12 new stainless steel welded pipe, precision pipe and heat exchange pipe production lines. the product structure is rich and the market prospect is broad, with an annual output of more than 20,000 tons.

Wang Xiaochun, manager of Jiangsu rising stainless steel, said that at present, the equipment has been installed one after another, has entered the commissioning stage, and will be put into production around the end of January.

Jiangsu Lingyue stainless Steel Co., Ltd., another local pipe manufacturing enterprise, has the capacity to produce 8000 tons of stainless steel pipe per year. At present, the debugging work of pipe making machine, automatic welding machine and other equipment is nearing completion, and trial production is expected in January.

Ji Youhai, general manager of Lingyue stainless steel, said that our production line has been basically installed, and in the final tense commissioning, it is basically about 10 days short and can be put into production. The current output can reach 500 tons a month. A total of about 40 production lines, we are divided into the first phase and the second phase.
