The 12500T super large extrusion production line of Feng Aluminum has been officially put into production.

Published: Dec 29, 2021 10:58

At 9:20 on December 28th, a large hollow tube with a diameter of 400mm, a wall thickness of 25mm and a length of 23 meters was slowly extruded, marking the official commissioning of the 12500T super extrusion production line of Phoenix Aluminum in South China, which is the largest in South China and whose technical level has reached the first-class level in China.

It is reported that the production line is a single-action forward horizontal aluminum extrusion equipment with a maximum extrusion force of 125MN, which has the technical characteristics of good rigidity, high precision, low impact and short fixed non-extrusion time, etc. It can produce 1XXX-8XXX series aluminum alloy profiles, tubes and bars with a maximum cross section of 9000000mm, pipe and a maximum outer diameter of 600mm, covering aerospace, rail transit, energy and chemical industries.

The Phoenix Aluminum 12500T super large extrusion line adopts the structure of "short stroke, front feeding". Compared with the traditional long stroke extrusion line, the frame length is reduced by 30%, the main cylinder stroke is reduced by 50%, the production energy consumption and hydraulic impact are effectively reduced, and the work efficiency is significantly improved.

The commissioning of the 12500T new extrusion line marks a new stage in the production of Feng Aluminum industrial materials. In addition, Phoenix Aluminum also has 10000T, 7500T, single / double action 5500T, 4000T, 2500T, 1800T and other complete cascade extrusion equipment system, which has become the absolute advantage of Feng Aluminum industrial materials market development!

Fed to Keep Large Banks' Capital Levels Unchanged, Postpones Stress Test Reforms Until 2027
The US Fed has announced that it will maintain the capital levels of large banks unchanged during the upcoming stress test cycle (corresponding to the 2026 cycle). At the same time, the US Fed is planning multidimensional reforms to this annual test, aiming to enhance its transparency. The US Fed's Vice Chair for Supervision, Bowman, revealed that adjustments to the stress capital buffer requirements for large banks will be postponed until 2027. This move is intended to provide the US Fed with sufficient time to evaluate potential flaws that may be exposed in its testing models when assessing banks' financial conditions under simulated economic downturn scenarios.
