SHANGHAI, Dec 27 (SMM) – The social inventory of lead ingots across Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Tianjin decreased 8,500 mt from December 24 and 13,700 mt from December 20 to 100,200 mt as of December 27.
Most large enterprises from the lead industry chain have suspended their bookkeeping in the last week in 2021. Some downstream enterprises restocked the raw materials in advance. The goods holders were clearing their stocks, and some downstream enterprises were restocking at lower prices. The social inventory in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai fell again.
The social inventory increased in Tianjin as the local plants delivered their in-plant stocks to social warehouses.
