SHANGHAI, Dec 22 (SMM) –China imported 4,094 mt of lithium carbonate in November, down 61% MoM and 40% YoY. Argentina imported 991 mt, down 45% MoM, and Chile imported 2,940 mt, down 66% MoM.
The accumulative imports of lithium carbonate rose 63% YoY to 73,789 mt from January to November in China. China exported 680 mt of lithium carbonate in November, up 13% on the month and 15% on the year. China’s exports of lithium carbonate totalled 7,609 mt from January to November 2021, a year-on-year increase of 8%.
