The project plans to build two high-grade direct zinc oxide production lines and 4 indirect zinc oxide production lines, which is a new project of comprehensive utilization of resources.

The project uses zinc-containing waste produced in the production process of other smelting enterprises in the province as the main raw materials (such as zinc floating flow of electrolytic clock plant, hot-dip galvanizing plant, zinc ash of ferroalloy plant, etc.). The project adopts the combination of "direct method" and "indirect method" to deal with solid waste centrally, producing advanced zinc oxide products and turning waste into treasure, which not only greatly reduces the treatment cost, but also eliminates the hidden danger of environmental pollution. so that the waste resources can be recycled.

Guizhou Hongda Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is a strategic partnership with the Institute of Chemistry of Guizhou Academy of Sciences and the School of Materials and Metallurgy of Prefecture University. For many years, it has devoted itself to the enterprise management model of "supporting research by production and promoting production by research". It has become a real scientific research consortium. The research consortium provides strong technical support and free patent sharing for the project. The adoption of a large number of new processes and new technologies ensures that the project has obvious advantages compared with the same industry in process optimization, cost control, comprehensive recovery, energy saving and environmental protection. The total installed capacity of the project is 5200 KW, and the annual electricity consumption is about 4000 million kilowatt-hours. The government of Qianxinan Prefecture is vigorously promoting the construction of the "Daqiang Electroweb" project. The implementation of the "Daqiang Electroweb" project will greatly reduce the production cost of the project, and the economic benefit is very obvious. This is also the key reason why clean energy electricity is the main energy source in the process route selection of the project.
