II. Main objectives

By 2025, more than 7 million kilowatts of wind power, photovoltaic power generation, biomass power and other clean energy will be installed, and the annual generating capacity will be more than 12 billion kilowatt hours. The main power grid will be integrated with local Electroweb, and the regional Electroweb structure will be significantly optimized. Basically, an integrated new energy network of "scenery and water storage" will be built, accounting for 40 per cent of clean energy consumption in the aluminum industry.
By 2030, major breakthroughs will be made in the scientific and technological innovation of the aluminum industry, achieving circular, intelligent, efficient and low-carbon development, the energy efficiency of alumina and electrolytic aluminum has reached the international advanced level, and the energy efficiency of aluminum deep processing products is all better than the allowable value of the energy consumption limit of the industry. By 2030, the total installed capacity of clean energy such as wind power, photovoltaic power generation and biomass power generation will reach more than 10 million kilowatts, the annual generating capacity will reach more than 15 billion kilowatt hours, and more than 20 billion kilowatt hours of clean energy such as out-of-city hydropower and nuclear power will be introduced. III. Division of tasks
(1) vigorously develop wind power generation.
