It is scheduled to be completed and put into production by the end of 2023.

On the evening of December 6th, Chuanfa Dragon Python (002312) issued an announcement that the company and the Zekou subdistrict office of Qianjiang City signed the "Industrial Project Investment Framework Agreement" on the same day. According to the agreement, the company plans to set up a joint venture company to invest in the construction of a 100000 ton / year new energy material precursor iron phosphate project in Qianjiang City, which covers an area of about 300mu and is scheduled to be completed and put into production by the end of 2023.

Chuanfa Dragon Python said that as the amount of investment involved in the "Investment Framework Agreement" signed this time has not yet been determined, the subsequent two sides will be agreed in the formal investment agreement.

It is worth noting that on November 19th, Chuanfa Dragon Python also announced plans to build a 200000 ton / year new energy material project in Sichuan Deyang-Aba Ecological Economic Industrial Park, which plans to build a production line of 200000 tons of lithium iron phosphate and 200000 tons of iron phosphate. the construction period is from June 2022 to December 2024.

The successive landing of the above two projects indicates that Chuanfa dragon python is accelerating its layout in the field of new energy materials. According to a recent research report by Huaan Securities, lithium iron phosphate has a broad prospect. In the field of power batteries, the installed capacity of lithium iron phosphate batteries has exceeded that of ternary batteries for three months in a row. In the field of energy storage, almost all of the energy storage batteries in the domestic market are lithium iron phosphate batteries. The company will further give full play to the advantages of the integration of "phosphate rock-industrial monoammonium phosphate-iron phosphate-lithium iron phosphate" industry chain, reduce cost and increase efficiency, and improve the added value of products.

Huaxi Securities also said that in view of the cost, the industrial monoammonium preparation of lithium iron phosphate is expected to become the mainstream in the future. At present, Chuanfa dragon python industrial monoammonium production capacity of 400000 tons / year, Sichuan Development has phosphorus, lithium and other resources, Tianrui Mining's phosphate rock injection process is in progress, the company has a great first-mover advantage in the lithium iron phosphate track.
