On the morning of November 27th, Yongjin Co., Ltd. held a grand signing ceremony for Gansu Yongjin project with an annual output of 220000 tons of precision cold-rolled stainless steel strip in Lanxi, Zhejiang Province. The signing ceremony marks the official launch of Yongjin's first cold-rolled stainless steel project in western China.

With regard to the Yongjin project to build a precision cold-rolled stainless steel strip with an annual production capacity of 220000 tons in Jiayuguan, Gansu Province, some investors are concerned that, "before, the production capacity of Fujian and Guangdong had the advantage of transportation cost close to Qingshan, which steel plant is mainly located upstream of Gansu production capacity?" In this regard, Yongjin shares said that the Gansu Yongjin project is the company's first inland production base in addition to the existing eastern coastal production base, and will make full use of the stainless steel raw materials of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. after the completion of the project, the company will further expand the sales network and increase the sales radius, which will help to enhance the company's core competitiveness and overall profitability.

Yongjin Co., Ltd. is one of the main provisions involved in signing the framework agreement of the project, that is, the project cooperation raw material is Zhejiang Yongjin Metal Technology Co., Ltd., which uses the stainless steel raw material of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. specific cooperation matters separately signed an agreement with Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co.

For the project, Jiugang Hongxing shares publicly said that Zhejiang Yongjin shares invested in the construction of stainless steel intensive processing production line in Jiayuguan City, which is an important measure for the company to implement the stainless steel industry chain "extended chain patching chain". The investment and settlement of the project in Jiayuguan will enable the company's products to be sold at home, and the added value and profitability of the products will be further improved.
