In order to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's thinking on ecological civilization, according to the "regulations on the work of Central Ecological Environmental Protection inspectors" and with the approval of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the second round of the fifth batch of central ecological environmental protection inspectors was launched in an all-round way. Set up four central eco-environmental protection supervision teams (hereinafter referred to as the inspection groups) to carry out one-month inspection work in four provinces (regions) of Heilongjiang, Guizhou, Shaanxi and Ningxia, as follows:

The first group: Heilongjiang Province, group leader Huang Longyun, deputy group leader Ye Min;

The second group: Guizhou Province, group leader Li Jiaxiang, deputy group leader Zhai Qing;

The third group: Shaanxi Province, group leader Liu Weiping, deputy group leader Qiu Qiwen;

Group 4: Ningxia Hui Autonomous region, group leader Song Xiuyan, deputy group leader Zhang Xueqiao.

The inspection team always adheres to the systematic concept, adheres to the strict tone, adheres to the problem orientation, and insists on accurate, scientific and legal supervision. We will focus on supervising the implementation of Xi Jinping's thinking on ecological civilization by the provincial party committee and government, the decision and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on ecological environment protection, the implementation and responsibility of relevant provincial departments for ecological environment protection, and the implementation of ecological environment protection work by prefectural and municipal party committees and governments.

Among the inspectors, focus on the implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on eco-environmental protection; based on the new development stage, implement the new development concept, build a new development pattern, and promote high-quality development; implementation of eco-environmental protection requirements in the implementation of major national strategies such as the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin; Strictly control the blind launch of the "two high" projects (high energy consumption and high emissions), and "look back" at the implementation of production capacity; major ecological damage, environmental pollution, eco-environmental risks and treatment; the last round of inspectors found problems in the implementation of rectification and reform; the masses reflected the implementation of outstanding eco-environmental problems; party and government responsibility, such as awareness of eco-environmental protection ideas and implementation of responsibilities, and the implementation of "one post and two responsibilities", and so on.

The inspection team should strictly enforce discipline and rules, strengthen the "four consciousness", strengthen the "four self-confidence", achieve the "two maintenance", persist in taking the people as the center, and conscientiously implement the requirements of the "regulations on the work of the Central Supervision of Ecological and Environmental Protection." During the period of stationing, each inspection team set up a contact telephone number and a post office box respectively to accept reports of letters and calls from the inspected objects in the field of ecological and environmental protection.
