Notice on publicly soliciting opinions on the Administrative provisions on the Prevention and Control of Environmental pollution by tailings (draft for soliciting opinions)
In order to implement the laws and regulations such as the Environmental Protection Law of the people's Republic of China and the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental pollution by solid waste, improve the requirements for the prevention and control of tailings pollution and standardize the environmental management of tailings, our department organized the revision of the provisions on Environmental Management of Prevention and Control of tailings pollution (order No. 11 of the State Environmental Protection Bureau), and compiled and formed the regulations on the Prevention and Control of Environmental pollution of tailings (draft for soliciting opinions). Now we are open to soliciting opinions (the draft and compilation instructions can be searched in the "opinion solicitation" section of our ministry's website http://www.mee.gov.cn/).
All government organizations, enterprises, institutions and individuals can put forward their opinions and suggestions, please give written feedback to our department, and the electronic version of the materials should be sent to the contact person's email at the same time. The deadline for consultation is December 30, 2021.
