Hesheng Copper is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Longdian Huaxin Group, located in Shandong Dongying Economic and technological Development Zone. The company covers an area of 380mu with a total investment of 3.5 billion yuan. It mainly produces copper foil for high-performance lithium batteries. It is one of the core production bases of Longdian Huaxin Group in East China. The company's first phase of 5000 tons of lithium copper foil project was put into production on July 16, 2020. after 16 months, the second phase of 5000 tons was successfully put into production. so far, Hesheng Copper has put into production capacity of 10, 000 tons, and the third phase of 20, 000 tons of high-end lithium copper foil construction project is in full swing.
At the ceremony, Zeng Xiangxin, chairman and president of Longdian Huaxin Group, said that as a leader in the field of new energy and new materials manufacturing, Longdian Huaxin Group has put into production of 75000 tons of copper foil in 2021 and will reach 150000 tons in 2025. The products have been delivered to the world's first-class lithium power battery manufacturers and international well-known electronic circuit manufacturers. Looking back this year, from the start of the foundation of the subsidiary Longxin Electronics Project and the commissioning of all the 40,000-ton Baoxin Electronics Project, to the stable overproduction of the first phase of the Hesheng Copper Project and the early commissioning of the second phase of the project, Longdian Huaxin is constantly refreshing the speed of production expansion, investment and construction in the industry. consolidate the leading position in the industry.
It is understood that at present, Longdian Huaxin lithium electricity copper foil has been in bulk supply of Ningde era (CATL), new energy technology (ATL), BYD and other domestic mainstream battery enterprises; enterprises focus on the high-end market, is LG Chemical, SK, Samsung SDI, Panasonic and other international first-line battery companies' main suppliers.
In order to support the nearest facilities and increase market share, Longdian Huaxin expanded its production capacity in Lishui, Nanjing. On May 17th, the groundbreaking ceremony of Nanjing Longxin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., the East China headquarters of Longdian Huaxin Group with a total investment of 10 billion yuan, was held in Nanjing Lishui Industrial New City.
