[China Minmetals has successfully developed and applied the world's smallest diameter 0.01mm milling cutter] recently, China Tungsten High-tech Jinzhou Co., Ltd., which belongs to China Minmetals, has successfully developed a very small diameter milling cutter with a diameter of 0.01mm (about 1 beat 8 of ordinary human hair), and realized on-machine processing. Using this very small diameter milling cutter, 56 Chinese characters were successfully milled on a grain of rice and 7 letters on a hair. The person in charge of Jinzhou Company said that this is the first time that China has realized the on-machine machining experiment of the diameter 0.01mm minimal diameter milling cutter. This new breakthrough will greatly contribute to the upgrading and upgrading of China's electronic information, medical, and many other fields.

Recently, China Minmetals belongs to China Tungsten High-tech Jinzhou Co., Ltd. has successfully developed a very small diameter milling cutter with a diameter of 0.01mm (about 1 stroke 8 of ordinary human hair), and realized on-machine processing. This new breakthrough will greatly contribute to the upgrading and upgrading of China's electronic information, medical and many other fields, and will also promote faster and better breakthroughs and upgrading of micro-machining tools. Shenzhen Jinzhou Co., Ltd., which belongs to China Minmetals, is a leading precision micro tools enterprise in the world. The enterprise has devoted itself to the research and development of micro-drill for more than 30 years, with a leading scale in the world, and currently has more than 330 patents for inventions and utility models.

Milling cutter is a rotary cutter with one or more cutter teeth, which is mainly used for processing aluminum alloy, stainless steel, die steel, acrylic and other materials. The fineness of milling cutter is an important reference index for manufacturing and processing industry. As early as the end of 2019, Jinzhou Company successfully developed a diameter 0.01mm ultra-fine micro bit, breaking the situation that the ultra-fine micro bit has been subject to human control for a long time. In only one and a half years, Jinzhou Company has realized the "combination of double swords" of drilling and milling of diameter 0.01mm ultra-fine micro bit and diameter 0.01mm minimal diameter milling cutter.

In the process of the development of the diameter 0.01mm minimal diameter milling cutter, Jinzhou Company has broken through the traditional structure and grinding process design to create a new micro-tool grinding process. With the structural design of the micro-milling cutter, a series of problems such as difficult to design the structure, difficult to monitor the production state, difficult to control the grinding force, small edge diameter and easy to break have been solved, and a breakthrough in the processing process has been achieved.

A relevant person in charge of China Minmetals said that China Minmetals will continue to deeply implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important instructions on scientific and technological innovation, aim at the world's scientific and technological frontiers, step up efforts to tackle key scientific and technological problems, and continue to promote innovation in the metal mining industry.

Fed to Keep Large Banks' Capital Levels Unchanged, Postpones Stress Test Reforms Until 2027
The US Fed has announced that it will maintain the capital levels of large banks unchanged during the upcoming stress test cycle (corresponding to the 2026 cycle). At the same time, the US Fed is planning multidimensional reforms to this annual test, aiming to enhance its transparency. The US Fed's Vice Chair for Supervision, Bowman, revealed that adjustments to the stress capital buffer requirements for large banks will be postponed until 2027. This move is intended to provide the US Fed with sufficient time to evaluate potential flaws that may be exposed in its testing models when assessing banks' financial conditions under simulated economic downturn scenarios.
