SHANGHAI, Nov 17 (SMM) - The two energy storage methods are applied in power systems, communication base stations, data centres and rail transit;

The cumulative installed capacity of pumped storage of energy storage projects in operation worldwide accounted for 90.3% by the end of 2020, down 2.3% YoY;

The cumulative installed capacity of electrochemical energy storage increased by 2.3% to 7.5%, with 14.2GW of installed capacity, and the proportion of lithium batteries exceeded 90% for the first time to stand at approximately 13.1GW.
