Under the unified deployment of the company, keep up with the trend of raw material prices and changes in market demand and competitors, improve the speed of response, and plan and implement targeted marketing policies in a timely manner. The satisfaction of dealers has improved and the market has responded well. Sales of wire-cut molybdenum wire of "one of the best" products increased by 18.7% compared with the same period last year. Sales staff strictly carry out customer credit evaluation, strictly prevent overdue receivables and over-credit shipments, adhere to the "red line control", strengthen "cash first", and effectively promote the cash ratio of the branch factory to 72%, up 6% from the same period last year. Through the development of a series of work, the sales volume of the branch plant has increased steadily, which has laid a solid foundation for the achievement of the annual target.

Combined with the 14th five-year Plan of Zishi Company, around the management requirements of "three high and one low", a series of improvement activities such as lean production and variety punctual achievement rate have been carried out, and outstanding results have been achieved. Molybdenum wire branch factory organizes production, technology, sales and other related personnel to participate in the company's lean production order management training and exchange, and makes clear requirements for order management, quantity feeding process monitoring, product packaging and system storage. Focus on lean production model area, in the branch plant to promote lean production. From January to September, the production and storage output of the branch plant increased by 18% compared with the same period last year, and the technical indicators such as refund, compensation, exchange and quality loss met the requirements of the annual target. The development of lean production not only improves the production efficiency and product quality, but also plays a positive role in reducing production costs and labor intensity of employees, and plays a key role in meeting market demand and ensuring the completion of branch factory sales.

The market opportunity should not be lost, and the branch team responded quickly. by taking a series of measures, such as purchasing supplementary raw materials, adding wire drawing equipment, setting up commandos, organizing labor competitions, and so on, the average monthly output of wire-cut molybdenum wire increased by 25% in the third quarter. better meet the market demand, cumulative sales progress reached 80%.
