The data show that IGZO, which is the abbreviation of indium gallium zinc oxide (indium gallium zinc oxide), is used in the new generation of thin film transistor technology.

This material has higher electron mobility and can better achieve display performance such as high resolution, high width, narrow frame and low power consumption, but it has more production processes, more complex process, higher investment and cost. therefore, it has obvious advantages in the high-end laptop and e-sports display market.

Guojin Securities, Great Wall Securities analysts believe that with the development of meta-universe and AR/VR, IGZO application demand is expected to usher in an upgrade.

However, judging from the current industrial R & D news, the development of IGZO is still in the early stage, and the downstream applications are mainly concentrated in vehicle, medical, industrial control and other fields of display.

Among the A-share-related panel manufacturers, there has already been a stock "like to lift" the limit.

Changxin Technology revealed in the interactive platform in October that the company has shipped VR display modules in bulk, and at the same time, the company has been committed to the construction of the "meta-universe" industry chain, providing the latest VR Quest2 display modules for Facebook, as well as VR head display modules for domestic VR giants. The company rose 15.36% this morning to 12.99 yuan per share.

TPV Technology has the world's first ultra-high resolution 8.5G LCD panel production line using IGZO technology, and the company's previous projects have also verified the feasibility of IGZO technology to drive OLED panels. It is worth mentioning that TPV Technology jumped high this morning and rose by the daily limit. As of the morning close, it was at 2.74 yuan per share.

Huaying Technology announced in the second half of this year that it plans to raise 2.8 billion yuan, of which 2.03 billion yuan will be used to expand production of IGZO TFT-LCD and OLED experimental lines. The company also hitchhiked today, closing up 8.22% at 2.37 yuan per share by the close of trading in the morning.

In addition, Longhua Technology's Jinglian Optoelectronics is mainly engaged in the R & D and production of ITO targets, IGZO targets and other ceramic targets.

TCL Technology, BOE A, San'an Optoelectronics, Longteng Optoelectronics and so on have also been laid out.
