There are 388 confirmed cases (including 3 severe cases) and 1 suspected case imported from abroad. A total of 9760 cases were confirmed, 9372 cases were cured and discharged, and there were no deaths.

As of 24:00 on November 7, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, there were 1202 confirmed cases (including 28 severe cases), a total of 91985 cured and discharged cases, and a cumulative death of 4636 cases. a total of 97823 confirmed cases and 1 suspected case have been reported. A total of 1281004 close contacts were tracked and 49691 were still under medical observation.

46 new asymptomatic infections were reported in 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, including 12 imported cases and 34 local cases (12 in Liaoning, all in Dalian; 7 in Henan, all in Zhengzhou; 6 in Jiangxi, all in Shangrao; 3 in Yunnan, all in Dehong Dai Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture; 3 in Gansu, all in Lanzhou; 2 in Sichuan, all in Chengdu).
