SHANGHAI, Oct 29 (SMM) – Ningxia authorities carried out research and supervision of dual control work. It is required to accelerate the rectification of dual control and high energy consumption and emission projects, and promote the implementation of major projects in the photovoltaic industry as soon as possible.
The investigation and supervision team requires to strictly implement the requirements of the dual control of energy consumption, strengthen early warning and dispatch, keep an eye on the target tasks, and curb the blind development of "high energy consumption and emission" projects.
