Photovoltaic leading heterojunction cells make a major breakthrough HJT is expected to enter the capacity explosion period

Recently, according to the (ISFH) test of German Hamelin Solar Energy Research Institute, a world-recognized authoritative testing institution, Longji silicon-based heterojunction battery (HJT) has made another major breakthrough, with a conversion efficiency as high as 26.30%. This is another new world record set by Lonji after the first photoelectric conversion efficiency of 25.82% was achieved on a M6 full-size (274.5cm2) single crystal silicon wafer last week, and it is also by far the highest efficiency of a global crystalline silicon FBC structure battery.

According to Solarzoom data, the current production cost of HJT is about 0.90 yuan / W, which is still about 0.20 yuan / W higher than that of PERC. Agency analysis pointed out that in the short term, it is estimated that the application of domestic silver paste and the promotion of "silver" technology are expected to help HJT reduce its cost by about 0.165 yuan / W in 2022, rapidly narrowing the cost gap with PERC; in the long run, wafer thinning, NP covalent trend and equipment reduction will jointly promote HJT to enter the production capacity explosion period.

Jinchen has formed the supply capacity of HJT thin-chip photovoltaic module manufacturing technology and production line equipment, and the company expects HJT photovoltaic cell equipment to enter industrial application in the second half of 2022.

Mai Wei shares completed the layout of heterojunction battery PECVD, PVD, screen printing, cleaning and other core equipment, the company recently won the bid Huasheng Phase II 2GW heterojunction project battery equipment procurement.
