I. there are a total of seven electrolytic aluminum production enterprises in the region verified by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of the autonomous region. The AC power consumption of Guangxi Hualei New Materials Co., Ltd., Guangxi Xinfa Aluminum Power Co., Ltd., Guangxi Baise Yinhai Aluminum Co., Ltd., Guangxi Debao Bai Mining Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., and Guangxi Xiangji Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. the AC power consumption of liquid aluminum electrolysis is 12736.24 kWh / ton, 13524.09 kWh / ton, 13476.26 kWh / ton, 12902.27 kWh / ton, 13657 kWh / ton, respectively. The AC power consumption of liquid aluminum electrolysis in the first and second branch of Guangxi Baikuang Aluminum Co., Ltd. is 12741 kilowatt hours / ton and 13146 kilowatt hours / ton respectively. The AC power consumption of production line 1 and production line 2 of Guangxi Laibin Yinhai Aluminum Co., Ltd. are 13321.59 kilowatt hours / ton and 12735.55 kilowatt hours / ton respectively. The AC power consumption of electrolytic aluminum liquid in the above-mentioned electrolytic aluminum enterprises in 2020 meets the requirements of the "Energy consumption limit per Unit Product of Electrolytic Aluminum Enterprises" (GB 21346-2013), and their electricity consumption will not be increased.

Second, there are 37 cement enterprises listed in the supervision task in the whole region, all of which are complete cement production line enterprises. Among them, in 2020, 35 cement enterprises, such as Guangxi Golden Carp cement Co., Ltd., met the requirements of the "cement unit product energy consumption limit" (GB16780-2012), and their electricity consumption did not increase; Rongshui Dongli cement Co., Ltd. comparable cement comprehensive power consumption of 101.54 kWh / ton, exceeding the "cement unit product energy consumption quota" (GB16780-2012) limit, its electricity consumption increased by 0.2 yuan per kilowatt-hour; Guangxi (Denggao) Tiandong cement Co., Ltd., the enterprise fails to provide relevant statistical data in accordance with the requirements of energy-saving supervision, and its electricity consumption is increased by 0.20 yuan per kilowatt-hour. If the enterprise subsequently provides relevant statistical data to the Department of Industry and Information Technology of the autonomous region in accordance with the requirements of energy-saving supervision, and after verification, indicators such as comparable cement comprehensive power consumption meet the requirements of the "cement Unit Product Energy consumption limit" (GB 16780-2012), it will be adjusted.

Third, there are 14 iron and steel enterprises listed in the supervision task in the region, including 4 enterprises with long process iron and steel production lines. Guangxi Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., which was newly put into production in the second half of 2020, is in an unstable stage of production and commissioning, and its electricity consumption does not implement the ladder electricity price policy for the time being. In 2020, the energy consumption of coking, sintering, pelletizing, blast furnace, converter, electric arc furnace and other processes of 13 iron and steel enterprises, including Guangxi Deyuan Metallurgical Co., Ltd., all met the requirements of "Energy consumption limit per Unit of crude Steel production process" (GB21256-2013), and their electricity consumption did not increase.

The Electroweb enterprises responsible for supplying power to the relevant enterprises, in accordance with the above-mentioned list of enterprises published by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of the autonomous region and the tariff increase standards announced by the Development and Reform Commission of the autonomous region, according to the copied production electricity consumption, collect the tariff increase in full and in time during the verification period (January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020), keep separate accounts and collect the price increase funds separately, and strictly manage and use the tariff increase funds in strict accordance with the regulations. Report the implementation of tiered electricity price to our committee in writing before December 31, 2021.
