DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightSHANGHAI, Oct 12 (SMM) - Wang Jinzhao, head of the Department of Industrial Economics at the Development Research Centre of the State Council, pointed out at the Third Global Innovation Conference on New Energy and Intelligent Vehicle Supply Chains on October 11 that: “According to the plan, the proportion of new energy vehicles shall reach 20% by 2025. However, in the context of the global transition to new energy and China’s target of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, we may appropriately increase the proportion of NEVs to 20 – 30 % by 2025 and 50% by 2030.”
