The United Kingdom has launched a transitional review of anti-dumping measures on aluminum alloy wheels originating in China.

According to the official website of the Trade Relief Agency, on October 7, 2021, the British Department of International Trade issued a notice to conduct a transitional review on the filing of anti-dumping measures against (certain aluminium road wheels) of aluminum alloy wheels originating in China and to decide whether the above measures originating in the European Union will continue to be implemented in the UK and whether to adjust the tax rate level.

The British customs code of the product involved is 8708701015, 8708701050, 8708705015, 8708705050. The dumping investigation period is from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, and the injury investigation period is from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2021. Interested parties in the case can log on to the TRID website to register (https://www.trade-remedies.service.gov.uk) to obtain information about the case and participate in the relevant investigation procedures. Registration should be completed before October 21.
