China Launched A Joint Venture Project of 50,000 mt of Lithium Hydroxide and 10,000 mt of Lithium Carbonate in Indonesia

SHANGHAI, Oct 8 (SMM) – In the early morning of October 5, Chengxin Lithium sent its first batch of overseas project team in 2021 to the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP).

This marks the official launch of the company's project of 50,000 mt of lithium hydroxide and 10,000 mt of lithium carbonate in Indonesia.

After the project team arrives at the IMIP, it will conduct in-depth communication with the partner STELLAR in terms of process plan, market, capital, scale, technology, environment, and plant construction resources to promote project construction as soon as possible.

Chengxin Lithium and STELLAR will give full play to their respective advantages and resources to build the joint venture project with an annual output of 50,000 mt of lithium hydroxide and 10,000 mt of lithium carbonate into the world's advanced power battery raw material manufacturing base.
