BYD has set up a new company! According to information from enterprises, Zhengzhou BYD Automobile Co., Ltd. was officially established on September 22. The legal representative of the company is he Zhiqi, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. the general items in the scope of business include auto parts and accessories manufacturing; new energy vehicle sales; new energy automobile electrical accessories sales; auto parts research and development; auto parts retail; auto parts wholesale and so on.

According to the news from the enterprise check, Zhengzhou BYD Automobile Co., Ltd. was officially established on September 22. The legal representative of the company is he Zhiqi, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. the general items in the scope of business include auto parts and accessories manufacturing; new energy vehicle sales; new energy automobile electrical accessories sales; auto parts research and development; auto parts retail; auto parts wholesale and so on.

Through the equity penetration map, we can see that Zhengzhou BYD Automobile Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BYD Automobile, while BYD's shareholders include listed company BYD shares (002594.SZ, shareholding ratio 94.1317%) and BYD (H.K.5.8683%).

It is also worth noting that the address of the new company is shown as "2 / F, C9A Building, Smart Terminal Industrial Park, at the intersection of Donhai Road and Shuanghe first Street in Zhengzhou Airport District," which is consistent with the previous rumors that BYD "settled in Zhengzhou Airport Port area".

BYD revealed at a recent exchange meeting that the cumulative order volume this year may reach 900000 vehicles, but the company's delivery capacity this year can only reach 700000-750000 vehicles, and the current outstanding orders of 160000 vehicles will be postponed to next year. BYD believes that car delivery is expected to reach 1.5 million next year.

In order to meet the growing market demand, BYD was established in Hefei on July 12. According to the project filing information of the Development and Reform Commission of Changfeng County, Hefei City, BYD Hefei project has been completed for the record, with a total investment of 6 billion yuan and an annual production capacity of 400000 vehicles. In the future, it is mainly engaged in the manufacture of core products such as new energy battery batteries, modules and related supporting industries, and the project will start construction at the end of August.

On September 8, Fuzhou BYD Industrial Company was established. The legal representative and registered capital are the same as Zhengzhou BYD, which are he Zhiqi and 50 million yuan respectively. The company's business scope includes road motor vehicle production, road cargo transportation and so on.

BYD is expanding production on a large scale.
